Samsung Electronics Ukraine, at the beginning of 2014, PROTORIA launched a network of mono-brand retail stores Samsung, as well as an authorized brand online store

Now the Samsung Experience Store chain includes around 30 outlets across the country and an online store with a wide range of products.

  • - "virtual shelf" service. Thanks to the multi-channel model of store interaction, the customer can book the product in an offline store, or place an order with delivery throughout Ukraine.

The Lenovo project consisted of the opening, development, and operational planning of Lenovo brand stores and the mono-brand online store

PROTORIA team implemented the following:
  • - choosing the most profitable locations for Lenovo offline stores
  • - development and production controlling of equipment for retail stores due to the vendor's brand book
  • - description of all retail trade business processes in the Ukrainian market
  • - recruitment for offline retail stores
  • - design and development of the online store
  • - operational support during the period of cooperation

After the contract has been expired, the Lenovo project was transferred to the vendor management completely.


PROTORIA acted as an expert on the opening of Kyivstar branded offline stores and the development of the online store

PROTORIA was a consulting partner for Apple Premium Reseller.

The company's contribution to the Ion development in Ukraine included the following:

  • - searching the best locations for vendor stores
